Who am I?
What am I doing here?
How can I help?
I'm an Innovation Architect working at the intersection of culture, systems, and human-centered design.
My work is about building the conditions where successful innovation become inevitable.
Over the past decade I've worked across scales and sectors: standing up an innovation function from scratch at a L'Oréal-backed biotech that won TIME100 and Fast Company Innovation by Design; leading a multi-year culture transformation for a 4,000-person Air Force software enterprise through 13x personnel growth; prototyping the future of retail as an IDEO CoLab Design Fellow; and launching 350+ consumer products across retail and e-commerce—including the handbag Selena Gomez wore to the Met Gala.
I've designed with UNICEF's WASH Program for refugee camps in Iran and volunteer with the Adaptive Design Association in NYC, because I believe good design extends dignity and possibility.
What ties it all together is a consistent belief: the most durable organizational change happens when you design the culture and systems that make the right behaviors the natural ones, not the enforced ones.
If you're building something new, I'd love to connect.
I specialize in:
· Innovation architecture — building the functions, rituals, and processes that make innovation repeatable
· Culture & behavior change — embedding mindsets and identity at the systems level
· Operating model design — translating strategy into how work actually gets done
· AI-enabled ways of working — redesigning workflows and onboarding for the new era
· Executive facilitation — turning ambiguity into shared direction and momentum
